This Privacy Policy explains how MICHAEL SUSHI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), publisher of the game Michael SuFun (the "Game"), handles information when you play the Game on Android through Google Play.
We designed the Game to respect your privacy. In short: we do not collect, sell or share your personal information. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here.
The Game does not ask for, and we do not collect, any of the following:
To save your progress, the Game stores a small amount of game data in your device's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
| Data | Purpose | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Levels unlocked and star ratings | Remember your progress | Your device only |
| Gems and Bloom Forge upgrades | Keep your upgrades | Your device only |
| Sound setting and tutorial status | Remember your preferences | Your device only |
You can erase this data at any time using Reset Saved Progress on the home screen, by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the Game.
The Game is delivered over the internet from our web hosting. Like almost every website or web-based app, our hosting and content delivery providers may automatically process standard technical data when the Game loads, such as:
This information is used only for delivering the Game, security, abuse prevention and keeping the service stable. We do not use it to identify you, build profiles or show advertising, and we do not combine it with any other personal data.
The Game does not include advertising networks, analytics tools, social media plug-ins, crash-reporting SDKs or in-app purchases.
The only third parties involved are infrastructure providers that host and deliver the Game, and Google Play, which distributes the app. Google processes information according to its own policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not control how third parties handle data under their own policies.
The Game does not request any special Android permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone or storage access. It only needs a normal internet connection to load.
The Game uses browser local storage only to save your game progress and settings, as described in Section 3. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The Game is a general audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or under the applicable age in your region). Because the Game does not collect personal information, no parental consent mechanism is needed.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising. We may disclose information only if required by law, legal process or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Game.
The Game is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Because your saved data remains on your own device, its security also depends on your device's protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the service.
We do not keep personal data about you on our servers, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Your local game data remains on your device until you remove it using the Reset Saved Progress option, clear the app's data, or uninstall the Game.
Technical logs, if any, are kept by our hosting providers only for a short period under their standard security practices.
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and California, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Since we do not collect or store your personal data, these requests generally have nothing to act on, but you are welcome to contact us with any question and we will respond promptly.
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
The Game is published from the United States. Technical data described in Section 4 may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the Game, you understand that such processing may occur.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change affects how personal data is handled, we will provide a clearer notice in the Game or on Google Play. Please review this page periodically.
